Hampton Inn Medford

Service = 0/5 It's a surprise that this place is part of Hilton. Definitely a motel-style property. We stayed two nights l and our first night was decent with Mkyla(?) working, she was kind. NO DIAMOND MEMBER UPGRADES FYI!! We swapped our room because the first one was gross, smelly, foggy and seemed out of 1990. First night wasn't terrible after the room change. We returned for a 2nd night and Lynn, the supervisor, was by far the most unpleasant person to deal with. She definitely made me feel like a complete hassle! She huffed and puffed as if her job was so strenuous. Slamming phones, deep breathing...so unprofessional. There are sooo many competitor hotels on the road and I do not recommend this place after the sour taste Lynn left in my mouth and the dingy rooms. I'll definitely be contacting Corporate because no one is ever consistently at the front desk and Lynn was not kind. I don't get it. Anyways, we thought second night would be better, but instead it was not. I'm sorry, I do not recommend this hotel. "Making you happy makes us happy" is what their welcome mat says. What a let down.

Top sheets, still folded in half, on the beds. Bottom sheets not fully on the mattress. Both beds. Shower gel container empty. Had to get out of the shower, mid shower, to go get the bar soap. Hair and, what appeared to be urine, around the toilet. Baseboard pulled away from wall. Why? Refrigerator pretty loud. This is very different from every other Hilton I’ve stayed at.

I give one star due to the fact of very horrible water pressure. If you want a shower that just dribbles out go here. If not find a decent hotel where you can at least have a good shower in the morning. Water pressure here is horrible. Not worth the $150 s night stay. Hit call from customer service and requested they at lease give me some type of compensation. All they did was say sorry. Sorry doesn’t cut it. Give points or something 😡😡😡

The staff held rooms til after 4:00, people waiting to check in, in the lobby. The staff wouldn't clear rooms because they were on break. The hotel appears to be understaffed and a deep lack of concern for people trying to check in. You realize they check you in at 4:00 and kick you out at 11:00. So you get a room for only 19 hours. Hilton should require better of this property.
